When will I get my order?
Our products are shipped by the best courier services. Some of our products are shipped from the US and delivered in 5 to 7 business days at your doorstep. Handmade items are shipped from overseas factories. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be made before shipped. This wait might be a little longer than you are used to but please remember that you are purchasing something that is being created just for you, from a small independent business.
Please understand that we will try our best to ship out your order as fast as we possibly can.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 4 and 6 weeks.
Tracking is provided for both domestic and international packages.
We may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Where does BELLATEES ship?
We ship to the following: all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii), American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, military bases/APO/DPO/FPO addresses, We also offer FREE international shipping!
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free domestic ground shipping. This includes all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as military bases/APO/DPO/FPO.
We offer FREE international shipping, taxes and duties upfront for international orders so that you don't have any additional fees when your order arrives. Please note duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I Get Expedited Shipping?
At this time we don't offer an expedited service. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can't guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because all of our products are freshly made to order.
What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept And Is The Site Secure?
We accept all major credit cards. We use Shopify as our e-commerce provider, and they are as secure as you can get.
What Happens If I Typed My Address Wrongly?
If you catch the mistake before you receive the shipping notification email, send us an email at bellatees.us@gmail.com and we'll do our best to get it changed for you! If you don't catch the mistake before we ship the package, there is no way for us to change it. If you are having mail forwarded to a new address, please don't send the order to the old address. The packages are not guaranteed to be forwarded.
If the package is returned to us, we can resend it to your correct address for a $5 reshipment fee.
Can I Edit An Order I Just Placed?
We can usually adjust an order up to 5 hours after it has been placed. Send an email as soon as you realize a change needs to be made to bellatees.us@gmail.com. Our support team will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends) and let you know if the change can be made. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the change, but we can always facilitate an exchange once you get your order.
How do I cancel my order?
ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE PLACED! Payment is processed automatically once your order is placed. Order processing is 5-7 business days.
My Shirt Didn't Fit. Can I Exchange or Return It?
Of course you can! We've got a 30 day return/exchange policy that starts counting down the day you receive the shirt in the mail (based on USPS tracking). We are happy to exchange or return shirts for any reason. The only exceptions are for custom shirts, clearance shirts and imperfection sales. For those three categories, no returns or exchanges are accepted. You can read the full exchange and return policy.
How Come The Coupon I Found On Another Site Doesn't Work?
If you've found a coupon code on a site other than ours, most likely it's fake. The only place we list our coupons is through our email newsletter. Check out our coupon page for details.
