Shipping Policy

We ship all domestic orders by USPS or Priority Mail.  Large orders may be shipped by UPS.  International orders are shipped APC.

Domestic shipping inside the U.S.

Your order is normally shipped out within 1 - 2 business days after the order is received and it takes 4 - 5 business days for the item to be delivered. Shipping lead times are just estimated, not guaranteed. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carrier or for problems of delivery address.

Bellatees offers free domestic shipping within the US!

International shipping outside of the U.S.

All international orders will take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks for delivery. All incurred fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. If you have any questions regarding your country's policies on customs, please contact and ask your local post office.

Bellatees offers free international shipping.

*We are not responsible for any extra customs fees or tariffs you may have to pay. Please check with your local mail service to get a better sense of fees that you may be charged prior to delivery.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Bellatees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
